Paper preparation and submission

The conference proceedings will be published as a volume in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series of Springer. Authors are thus requested to prepare their papers in the LNCS/LNAI format. Each paper must not exceed 12 pages in length. Papers that are not in the stated format or that exceed the page limit will not be reviewed. Submission guidelines are to be found in the conference website.

Submitted papers will be evaluated by peer review on the basis of originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference and make oral presentations about their work.

Camera Ready preparation instructions

Your papers will be published by Springer Verlag as a Lecture Notes in Computer Science volume. We remind you that all the material related to it should reach us no later than April 15th. Papers must be at most 12 pages long in the correct format. The formatting instructions are available at http://www.springeronline.com/lncs clicking on the "For authors" button and then on the "Information for LNCS Authors" button on the ensuing page (The current direct link to instructions for authors is http://www.springeronline.com/sgw/cda/frontpage/0,11855,5-164-2-72376-0,00.html)

Once you have your paper in its final form, please gather the .pdf file, the source file (.tex, .doc or .rtf), figure files (.ps, .eps, .pdf), or any other file you use to prepare your paper (.dvi files for latex users) and put then a directory called

ecsqaru-paper-##

where ## is the registered number of the paper, and send the compressed directory as a .z or .gz file (e.g. ecsqaru-paper-00.gz) to the email address: ecsqaru05_admin@ecsqaru.org

The files related to the paper should all be named accordingly, e.g. ecsqaru-paper-00.pdf and ecsqaru-paper-00.tex. Note that this material, containing source files, figure files, etc, should be sent directly to us and NOT to Springer Verlag. We prefer to receive a single compressed file containing the directory with all the files related to the paper, but should you have any problem with this modus operandi (or have any doubts), please feel free to contact us.

In the instructions at Springer web site you will find a requirement to send us a single-sided printout of the final (camera-ready) version of your contribution as well as the copyright form. Please ignore the first instruction (we shall print your .pdf file here and so there is no need for you to send us any printed material) and about the copyright form we will inform you later, as mentioned above.
